last night the misses let the kids have something to eat as a snack before bed, they all wanted bananas.

she said no as it gives you nightmares.

is there any truth in this as my mother used to say this as well.

as you can see i'm board today. :D

they are high in potassium and sugar ,they also release it slowly into your system ,thats why athletes like tennis players eat them during a match.so if you are trying to get to sleep i think that probably your mind is working overtime from the increase of sugar etc.
